Contracting your pubococcygeal or (PC) muscle for extended pleasure
Your PC muscle can be located by stopping the flow of urine.  Clenching this muscle can also stop the flow of seminal fluid from the body.  Once you start to feel tingles or flutters of orgasmic contractions, all stimulation should stop and you squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can.. By doing so at this time, you are preventing ejaculation while those orgasmic contractions keep flowing.  Repeat this process as many times as possible..Practice building up your strength 1st by flexing these muscles 20 or times per day or per week.  If that seems too dificult, you can start with clenching & holding your PC muscle several times  for 5 seconds and release.  Another way is to clench 10 times in a row at a rapid pace and release.   NOTE:  this is the male equivalent to the Kegel exercises.
